Joe Moller Named Executive Director of LA Art Walk
Moller to refine vision of the ever growing monthly event in downtown LA.
For six years this second Thursday Gallery District Walk has been growing. Though it started small, peak attendance drew near to 20,000 last summer. Challenged and even criticized this past fall for overgrowing without organization and becoming less about art than a street party Moller will have work to do. This October owners of eight properties in the Old Bank and historic downtown pledged funds sufficient to develop, market, and provide office and administrative support to the Art Walk.
