The work on display will draw from another genre of the iconic photographer- Film photography. In 1971 the young but established Schapiro was hired by Paramount to be the special photographer for the legendary film, The Godfather. Four short years later and at the special request of Robert DeNiro, Schapiro was hired to shoot for Taxi Driver. Imagery from these two films will compose the show.
