This is the first of three exhibitor updates we will be sending you leading up to The AIPAD Photography Show New York, April 16-19, to assist you in your preparation for the Show.


The AIPAD Exhibitor Services Manual:

The Exhibitor Services Manual includes important Show Information, such as set-up dates and times, ordering information for Show services, and other items of interest as you begin your booth preparation. Our General Services Contractor, Select Contracting, will email you this kit as a PDF file later this month. Fabric samples will be sent to the mailing address listed on your contract.

Exhibitor registration is open Tuesday, April 14, from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, April 15, from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.


All reasonable efforts will be made to have booths built before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, so that move-in can begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.


IMPORTANT: Exhibitors planning to deliver their own artwork and exhibit materials are advised to arrive at the dock after 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14 or after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15. All booths must be fully installed by Wednesday, April 15 at 3:00 p.m.

In preparation for the 2015 Show, we will be holding two informational webinars. Please mark your calendars for the following dates and times:

In this webinar we will discuss what is new at the Show in 2015! Topics will include recent policy changes, things to keep in mind while you plan for the event, and important upcoming deadlines.

In this webinar we will discuss the AIPAD rules and regulations and how to make your booth the best-looking booth on the Show floor!

New Collectors Event

AIPAD is hosting a New Collectors Event on Thursday, April 16, for 500 invited guests. Guests will be able to register for one of three Show tours focused on nineteenth century, modern, and contemporary photography. Each tour will be offered at 6:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. We are seeking three volunteers in each area of photography to serve as docents. Docents are expected to represent the association, lead a group independently throughout the Show, and serve as an expert in their selected area of photography. If you are interested in serving as a docent, please contact AIPAD at  by Friday, January 30, for more information.

Exhibit Booth Space Balances:

The remaining balance for your booth can be accessed through your Member Portal at Please contact with any questions relating to your booth balance. Note: 50% of your total booth balance was due December 31, 2014 and 75% of your balance is due Saturday, January 31, 2015.
