The AIPAD Photography Show New York
Each exhibitor will be allotted a maximum of five (5) staff badges and one (1) artist badge. All exhibit staff is required to wear a name badge at all times. Additional staff and artist badges will not be distributed. All badges will be designated as either “Staff” or “Artist”.
The registration form is included on p. 6 of the Exhibitor Services Kit.This form was due on March 2, 2015.
Staff and artist badges will allow admittance to the Show floor during the following times:
Tuesday, April 14
- 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Exhibitor Move-In
Wednesday, April 15
- 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Exhibitor Move-In
- 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. VIP/Press Preview
- 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Opening Night Preview
Thursday, April 16 - Sunday, April 19
- 10 a.m. - End of Public Hours Run of Show
