INTHEGALLERY

INTHEGALLERY is a contemporary art gallery founded in Copenhagen in 2012, dedicated to emerging and established artists working predominantly with camera-based art. The gallery occasionally widens its scope to artists in other media when their work enters into dialogue with photography.

Two spaces, two programmes. Our Copenhagen gallery is rooted in the Nordic photography scene, with one invited artist from outside the Nordics each year. Palma de Mallorca centres on Danish photography with a more international outlook, and we regularly invite photographers from abroad.

Every year, INTHEGALLERY takes part in major international art fairs across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia, including AIPAD, Art Miami and Zonamaco. Our exhibition programme is created by in-house and visiting curators, alongside artist talks and other opportunities for dialogue between artists and audience.
